Epimedium pubescens hybrid (Elizabeth Strangman)

Description – This is a medium sized evergreen hybrid raised by Elizabeth Strangman  of Washfield nursery, Hawkhurst, Kent, which is sadly, no longer open.  We bought this from The Plantsman’s Preference Nursery in Norfolk. Looking at this attractive free flowering plant, there are no clues to me, what apart from E, pubescens, might be in the parentage. However it is distinct from our other plants bought as E. pubescens, in our collection.
