Epimedium 'Spinners Special'

Description –   A large sized evergreen hybrid raised at Spinners Nursery in Hampshire. It is a hybrid probably of E. acuminatum. The flower colour is subtle rather than garish with whitish inner sepals, and petals of coffee colour at the base through to whitish spurs. This is a strong growing variety which makes a substantial specimen in the woodland garden. We have bought this plant as E. ‘Spinners and E. ‘Spinners Special’.
